HUBERT
RHOMBERG
Hubert is Managing Partner of the firm and responsible for driving value creation through implementing decarbonization and digitalisation strategies across real assets. He is focused on leveraging his 130-year-old family company’s technological leadership in sustainable real estate and rail infra engineering & construction to drive value creation in real assets. He has a track-record of delivering world leading technology innovations delivering capex reductions, cost efficiencies and measurable decarbonization at scale, setting new industry standards and achieving sector leading sustainability certifications. Hubert is the 4th generation leading Rhomberg Group’s global expansion across Europe, UK, Australia, the United States and Canada. He also holds direct investments in construction technology companies. Prior to joining the family company Hubert worked at construction company Strabag Group. Hubert has a degree in engineering from the Vienna University of Technology and completed a post graduate business management program at the HSG St. Gallen.
Jos is Managing Partner of the firm and responsible for all global business development and investment activities. He is focused on making real assets investable, scalable and enhancing their sustainability in measurable ways. He has a track-record of delivering value to investors. He developed and implemented sustainable investment solutions across Real Assets and Private Equity. Previously, he was Managing Partner of Agriculture & Food investments at Stafford Capital Partners, leading all aspects of this investment platform including chairing the Investment Committee. Jos has more than 25 years’ experience in investment management, corporate finance, M&A and strategy & business development working for publicly listed companies like Bunge and Société Générale Bank. He started his career working in Corporate Strategy & Development roles at AirFrance-KLM and JTI. Jos has a degree in Economics from the University of Amsterdam.
